Theses meditation audios are designed to help you with building a loving relationship with your meditation practice, as daily or weekly simple self-care acts.

Each audio lasts for approx 5/6 minutes. I invite you to get comfortable (whether sitting cross-legged or in an arm chair) and press play on the audio. My voice will set the focus for the meditation, and then as my voice ends there will be silence. I invite you to continue to sit in stillness/ silence, with your eyes closed, for as long as you feel comfortable after my voice has ended. Ideally a commitment of 15/20 minutes a day, but if you can only practice for 5 minutes a day then this is also a perfect start.

I prefer to meditate in the early mornings or before I go to bed. I enjoy being surrounded by nature, but again this is my personal choice and not necessary! Being in nature also gives me the added benefit of feeling 'charged/ energized' (physically) during my meditation, either from the earth, ocean, wind, or sun (the elements). You are welcome to use the audios on your phone/ stereo device so you can listen when outdoors, or within a quiet spot indoors.
