Meditations

Library of Guided Meditations by Tracey

Each audio lasts for about 6 minutes. Feel free to get as comfortable as possible (whether sitting cross-legged or in an arm chair), then press play on the audio. My voice will set the focus for the meditation, and then as my voice ends there will be silence. Please continue to sit in stillness/ silence, with your eyes closed, for as long as you feel comfortable after my voice has ended. Ideally 15/20 minutes a day, but if you can only practice for 5 minutes a day then this is also a perfect start, and then build up each day till you are at 20 minutes.

I prefer to meditate in the early mornings or before I go to bed. I also enjoy being surrounded by nature, whenever possible but again this is my personal choice and not necessary. Being outside in nature gives me the added benefit of feeling energized by the elements, whether from sitting on the earth,  listening to the sounds like the ocean, wind, trees or birds etc. You are welcome to use the audios on your phone/ stereo device so you can listen when outdoors, or whilst you are indoors.

 

Please click on each audio to play. I recommend listening to them in order, but you are welcome to mix the order as you like. Happy Meditating :)
