When is it ENOUGH?

When is it ENOUGH to walk away from things that are no longer serving you? When is it ENOUGH to say yes I am going to take a leap of faith into the unknown? When is it ENOUGH to say “I can’t do this anymore”? When is it ENOUGH to not keep pushing yourself so hard and making demands on yourself? When is it ENOUGH to say I want my dreams to be my reality? When is it ENOUGH to stop and pay attention to your body? When is it ENOUGH to say I can’t go on like this? When is it ENOUGH?

In order to move forward into the future that you desire for yourself, what do you need to let go of right NOW? When is it time to say ENOUGH? This is not working, it's time for a change. Often when we feel low, depressed, unsure of what our next step(s) are in life, we end up making poor choices, base mainly on our current emotional state. After months, or years of battling we get to that point when we are just depleted of energy, physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted! We just can not go on anymore, it’s just too over-whelming. You may be feeling his way right now (in a particular area of your life)...have you had ENOUGH? If this is the case, I am glad you have fallen upon this to read. My hope is that this simple self-care practice below will help and support you today. This week my invite is for you to first slow down and make some time to PAUSE. Choose a day when you can have a few hours to yourself (make it a priority)…NO excuses. When something is important to you, then you will make the time. The pause provides us with the space. The space to really feel that our current situation can not continue, it’s time to make a change, and to discover what is your next step going to be. To gain some clarity rather than making an emotional decision/ reaction to the problem, obstacle or challenge you are facing. On your chosen day, my invitation is for you to find a beautiful spot where you can be surrounded by nature. Maybe it is close to the ocean, in a quiet park, at the top of a mountain or a peaceful spot in your garden. Take some time to sit and connect to the nature around you, to breathe in the sounds and smells of the environment, and to feel the peace and calm around you. Let this peace and calm wash over you, and allow it to stimulate every cell in your body, Allow ALL of you to RELAX Allow your physical body the time and space to RELAX Allow your mind to peacefully listen to the sounds and silence around you. RELAX Allow your emotions the space to calm and settle down, and RELAX Allow your spirit to be non-seeking, and to RELAX Take deep full BREATHES and allow your whole nervous system the opportunity to shift down a few gears, to rest and RELAX

A wonderfully sound to say out loud is AH. Amazingly I find by saying this word out loud it sends a beautiful message to my brain to RELAX :) Take time to feel what it is you personally wish to LET GO OF, so that you may create the space for new possibilities, new energy and self expression to infuse your next step.

The Process of Change : 1. Recognize what it is your desire to change 2. Acknowledge what that is and say it out loud or write it down 3. Forgive your self 4. Change by making one small conscious act today (don't put off till tomorrow, what you can do today) Life is too short, and one of my personal mantra’s is "Why struggle if you don"t have to”

May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human and enough hope to make you happy. One day at a time this is enough, live in the present, and make it so beautiful it’s worth remembering….
