Yes you are showing up each day to your life, but are you really participating in it?
Something feels like it is missing Something just doesn’t feel ‘right’ You feel unfulfilled, and are not stepping into the potential that you know is within you
So what is ‘stopping’ you from making that step into your living your fullest potential, to having the life you always imagined for yourself?
Maybe it’s that inner critical voice inside you saying "you are not good enough, you will never achieve anything”
Maybe you have become so good at keeping yourself ‘small’ for so long that you have forgotten how to truly be seen, heard and felt in the world
Maybe stepping into crafting the life of your dreams is just too scary. When you think about all the steps you want to take it gets too overwhelming so you remain stuck
Maybe you are fearful of failing
Maybe you doubt your abilities to achieve your dharma (calling in life)
Maybe you are concerned about what others will 'think' of you
Maybe the daily inner conflict that you have with your self about where you are currently at, and where you would like to be is just a constant 'tug of war’ and is completing depleting you of energy and motivation to move even a baby step forward
Maybe past experiences that you have had are holding you back
Maybe you are scared that in becoming (your dharma) you will hurt some people around you

This week I’ve been leaning into exploring. . . the next chapter
What’s if I told you in this moment that you are the only one in control of writing the next chapter of your life, yes YOU. No one else.
My invitation today is for you to choose your favourite song(s) and create a playlist right now (or for more fun choose shuffle and see what the universe delivers you) and go with your head phones to a quiet place (indoors or outdoors) where you can be alone. Start your playlist and MOVE, connect with your body and dance (like NO-ONE is watching you). Dance like you have never danced before.
BE FREE. EMBRACE FREEDOM.
Do not limit yourself in any way during the dance. Allow your body to move organically. Allow your body to express in the moment, FULLY. Anything goes movement wise, there are no boundaries, there is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way of moving, invite in spontaneity, it’s about thinking less and sensing more. Feel your body and allow it to express whatever it wants to express in that moment, no judgement.
When your mind starts to ‘chatter’….
You look silly, that’s crazy, what are your doing, you should be doing x y z right now!!….
Instead, just give space for those thoughts to play out, respect them but DO NOT get attached or indulge in them. Let them play out (they will pass) and know in doing this you are also choosing LOVE for yourself.
MOVE, dance, sweat for as long as feels good for you. Then lie down on the earth in stillness and visualise in your mind’s eye the first sentence of your new chapter (of your life).
What would you like to write?
Then make a heartfelt commitment to your self THIS WEEK to take a step (take action) in bringing that new chapter of your life…..TO LIFE (literally!)
YOU CAN DO THIS, you are the co-creator of your life and you can write a great story! GET INSPIRED. . .
