Together, we create a practical, preventive movement strategy focused on joint health, vitality, and long-term function. By understanding where your body is strong, where it’s compensating, and where it needs support, I help you move more efficiently, build resilience, and protect your joints for life.

Meet Tracey
With 30+ years of teaching experience traveling extensively in the UK, Europe, Dubai, Hong Kong, Thailand, Ibiza and Bali. I have trained with world renowned teachers and masters in different forms of dance, yoga, martial arts, the nia technique, meditation, functional fitness, holistic healing, somatic dance movement therapy and personal training.
Movement is my ultimate passion and my method pulls from every personal practice I have experienced over my professional career. If you anything like me not one movement type defines me, I love so many different styles and I prefer to mix them up as it keeps moving interesting, take care of my joints, improve my range of motion, and tone my body in different ways. My sessions are designed to inspire and invigorate your body and mind. I blend elements of strength and resistance training, restorative deep stretches to improve flexibility, and fun music led cardio which creates a holistic approach to movement.
