For more than 30 years, my work has centred around people, understanding what matters to them, creating experiences that make them feel genuinely seen and cared for, building communities they want to belong to, and developing the relationships that help businesses grow.
My career has taken me across luxury hospitality, wellness, retreats, events and founder-led businesses in the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
I’ve built and operated businesses, created and delivered retreats and events, developed international partnerships, worked with high-net-worth clients and senior leaders, and helped businesses turn ideas and opportunities into something tangible.
Today, I’m particularly interested in the space where people and business meet, where exceptional experiences, meaningful relationships and commercial growth can work together.
A career built around people
My career hasn't followed one straight path.
I've founded and operated businesses in wellness, retreats, hospitality and lifestyle; worked with luxury hotels and international partners; created and delivered more than 260+ retreats, workshops and events; and developed long-standing relationships with clients, founders, practitioners, suppliers and teams.
I've worked with people at every stage of the journey — from the first conversation and enquiry, through booking and experience, to the relationships that create repeat business, recommendation and community.
That variety is one of my greatest strengths.
I see the connections between people, experience and opportunity and I enjoy turning those connections into something that works.
Move with Tracey
Wellbeing has always been part of my story.
Move with Tracey grew from my long-standing work in movement, strength and wellbeing, working privately with women in midlife who want to feel stronger, more capable and more at ease in their bodies.
Although this work is currently on hold while I focus on my wider professional work, it remains an important part of who I am and the perspective I bring to everything I do.
It has taught me a great deal about trust, listening, personalisation, consistency and creating experiences that genuinely make a difference.
