I provide different options to help you to stay active with versatile and supportive exercises. Making it easier to meet personal long term fitness and balanced health goals from the comfort of home. Work on strength and injury prevention, listen and be in tune with your body. You connecting to YOU.

3 live 30 minute classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and unlimited access to my video library for just £35 per month. Every week the live classes are recorded and available to watch on demand after.

Monday

Full Body Stretch

Ease into Mondays with my Full Body Stretch live class. 

 

Benefits - Passive stretches enhance flexibility while preventing the muscle fatigue and soreness. Improves blood flow to your muscles and joints.

Our nervous system (your bodies electric system)  controls the resting tension in your muscles and also controls your stretch reflex (where you body fights you in a pose). In order to turn of that stretch reflex you need to train your body to relax, use breath control, passive stretches and repetition.

My Strength Resistance live class  helps to tone and build muscle as you move through a flowing sequence incorporating, body weight, light weights and resistance exercises. 

Sarcopenia is the progressive loss of lean muscle with age and it happens to almost everyone. Lean muscle is crucial for living a healthy life because it strengthens your bones, balances your hormones, helps you avoid injuries, and improves your metabolism.

Cardio

A live class to relieve stress through mindfulness and body awareness. Music only visually led approach. Easy-to-follow sequences. 

 

Benefits - Physical activity that increases your heart rate and improves your blood flow. Amplify the feel-good effect,  with a strong endorphin response.

Cardiovascular endurance is the ability of your heart and lungs to fuel your body with oxygen. Cardio training focuses on improving cardiovascular health and burning calories.

Stay proactive and consistent to achieve regular, incremental improvements over time.

Indulge Me - Restorative Stretches. A journey of deep relaxation and rejuvenation - These soothing practices guide you through deep stretches, allowing you to release tension. 

 

Body Boosts  - with music. Short bursts of physical activity, or 'exercise snacking'. These mini-workouts typically 10-15 minutes in duration, fit easily into daily schedules and are effective when done multiple times, offering a way to stay active without committing to extended gym time.

 

Breakdown Sessions - Yoga basics made easy

21 Daily Beginners Challenge

If you are a complete beginner or just don't know where to start, or have taken a break from regular exercise and wish to ease back in your movement routine then this 21 Day Challenge may be for you.

 

Or sometimes we just need to go back and revisit the basics and move with our beginners eyes & mind. This is so beneficial to ground our regular movement practise.

How it works

  • 15-min Stretching (every day for 21 days) - deep stretching, themed by different body parts 

  • 15-min Strength (every day for 21 days) - bodyweight, light weights, resistance training

  • 30-min Steps (on your own for 21 days) - Aim for 7K+ steps daily with 30 min of brisk walk / jog. Prioritizing mental wellness by engaging in digital detoxes to reduce reliance on screens
