A 4-Week Foundational Offering

This is a quiet, personalised movement practice for women in midlife who want to feel stronger, steadier, and more at home in their bodies — without pressure, performance, or fitness culture.

My work is slow, thoughtful, and grounded. It focuses on functional strength, mobility, and nervous-system-supportive movement, tailored to where your body is now, not where you think it 'should' be.

This four-week container offers a gentle but meaningful starting point.

This offering may be a good fit if you:

  • Want to rebuild strength and confidence in a supportive, non-clinical setting.

  • Are navigating midlife changes and want movement that feels intelligent and kind.

  • Have done physiotherapy or other body treatment and want ongoing, embodied support.

  • Feel ready for private, one-to-one personalised work rather than group classes.

  • Want movement that fits into a full life, rather than taking it over.

  • You may be pre or post joint replacement surgery.

No prior level of fitness is required.

How it works

Duration: 4 weeks
Sessions: One private, in-person session per week (60 minutes)
Location: Near Wedmore in Somerset

Each session is shaped around your body, your history, and your needs. There is no set 'programme' to push through, we work responsively and progressively, building strength, mobility, and ease over time.

After the four weeks

At the end of the four weeks, we pause and review. Some clients choose to continue with regular private sessions; others take what they’ve gained and return to it in their own time. There is no pressure either way.
