My Policies

Travel & Location

Sessions are offered from my private Somerset base, with select in-home sessions available for Executive Level clients by agreement.

• Core Membership and 12-Week Reset sessions take place locally to my base.

• Executive Level sessions may be held either in-studio or, where appropriate, at a client’s home/ work.

• Travel within a 20–30 minute radius of my home base (BS28 4NL) is included for Executive Level clients.

• Sessions beyond this area are considered individually to maintain focus, quality, and a premium experience. In some cases, a small adjustment to timing or fees may apply to account for travel.

All travel arrangements are managed carefully to ensure sessions remain calm, unhurried, and fully personalised.

Cancellations & Consistency

Consistency is key to meaningful progress.

• Sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are counted as used, except in the case of genuine emergency.

This policy supports programme integrity and ensures fairness for all my clients.

 

Boundaries & Communication

My work is intentionally structured to provide depth, quality, and discretion.

• All sessions are 60 minutes, private and uninterrupted.

• Communication outside of sessions is limited by design.

• Executive Level clients are offered light-touch check-ins between sessions via Whatsapp.

• Core and Reset clients are supported during scheduled sessions only.

• Response times are within one working day.

• I do not offer on-demand scheduling or ad-hoc session changes.

These boundaries allow me to deliver focused, consistent support at the highest level.

 

Payments & Commitments

• All private work is offered on a monthly or programme basis.

• A minimum commitment of two sessions per week applies across all private packages.

• Monthly core memberships are billed in advance.

• The 12-Week Private Reset is paid in full prior to commencement.

• I do not offer pay-as-you-go sessions.

Spaces are limited, and all clients are accepted by application only to ensure alignment and quality of care.

Additional Information for Executive Level - Travel & Fee Policy​

Executive Level sessions are conducted in my private Somerset base or, selectively, at a client’s home. Travel within a 20–30 minute radius of my home (BS28 4NL)​ is included in the standard package fee (£650/month). For sessions beyond this area, arrangements are considered individually to maintain focus, calm, and a premium experience.

A small adjustment to timing or fees may apply for out-of-area sessions to account for travel, typically £50–75 per session depending on distance and logistics. Out-of-area sessions are limited to ensure consistency, high-quality attention, and discretion for all clients.

This approach allows me to deliver deeply personalised, uninterrupted sessions, whether in-studio or at home, while maintaining the integrity and focus of your programme.
