'A Return to You'
A Private Midlife Retreat at 42 Acres

In Somerset 5 nights  Early Autumn

There comes a point in midlife when you’re no longer interested

in pushing, striving, or 'doing more'.

What you're really craving for is space

To breathe.
To soften your nervous system.

To move in a way that feels intelligent, respectful, and deeply supportive of the body you’re living in now.

This retreat is an invitation to return to yourself, not to fix anything (you're not broken), but to listen, recalibrate, and feel truly held.

Hosted at the beautiful and quietly luxurious 42 Acres in Somerset, this is an intimate, high-touch retreat for a small group of women ready to prioritise their wellbeing with care, discernment, and depth.

This Is Not a Generic Wellness Retreat

I don’t run mass-market yoga or 'one-size-fits-all' retreats.

This experience has been designed specifically for women in midlife women who are navigating change in their bodies, hormones, energy, identity, and priorities, and who want something more intelligent and personalised than the usual wellness offering.

Everything about this retreat is intentional

  • Small group (maximum of 10 women)

  • Personalised movement and bodywork-informed sessions

  • Time for rest, integration, and real conversation

  • Nourishing, organic food prepared with care

  • A setting that feels calm, grounded, and quietly luxurious, not flashy, not forced

This is a retreat for women who value quality over quantity, depth over drama, and substance over trends.

Who This Retreat Is For

This retreat is especially suited to you if:

  • You are in midlife and want to move in a way that feels safe, intelligent, and deeply supportive

  • You’re experiencing changes in your body — strength, mobility, hormones, recovery and want expert guidance

  • You’re tired of being told to 'push through' or follow generic fitness or yoga approaches

  • You value personal attention, not being lost in a room of 30 people

  • You want time and space to reconnect with yourself without pressure to perform, share, or 'transform'

  • You’re drawn to retreats that feel grown-up, grounded, and beautifully held

Many women who attend my retreats are already practitioners, doctors, female founders or leaders themselves — women who spend much of their lives supporting others, and are finally ready to be supported.

My Approach

For those who don’t know me yet and for those returning after many years, my work sits at the intersection of:

  • Intelligent, anatomy-informed movement

  • Strength, mobility, and resilience for women in midlife

  • Nervous system regulation and stress recovery

  • Real-world wellbeing (not perfection, not pressure)

I bring over two decades of experience working with women privately and in retreat settings, including having previously run my own retreat centre in Ibiza and worked in senior roles within world-class wellness destinations.

My work is personal, precise, and deeply respectful of the body. No pushing. No fixing. No forcing.
