I work privately with a small number of female founders, CEOs, doctors and senior professionals who value discretion, precision and deeply personalised care. This is refined, one-to-one work — designed to support strength, resilience and long-term physical confidence without noise, intensity or gym culture.

Having previously worked as a Visiting Practitioner with Champneys in England, and the multi-award winning Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary in Thailand, I support clients who require a highly individualised and discreet approach.

Executive Level Private Holistic PT
For clients requiring a higher degree of support, responsiveness and discretion.
