With over three decades of teaching experience traveling extensively in the UK, Europe, Dubai, Hong Kong, Thailand, Ibiza and Bali. I have trained with world renowned teachers and masters in different forms of dance, yoga, martial arts, the nia technique, meditation, functional fitness, holistic healing, somatic movement and dance movement therapy.
I offer private personalised 1-2-1 classes, for individuals, couples and small intimate groups, either in person or online. In my professional journey, cultivating a reputation of exceptional client care and adaptability have been cornerstones of my success. My collaborative spirit, coupled with an enthusiastic leadership style that motivates, engages and encourages.
Movement is my ultimate passion, and as I age I am even more aware of the importance of the relationship I have with my body.
My intention with Y G A F L W is to inspire you to move with more ease. I create daily habits to slow aging, increase vitality and strength, all based on science-backed methods. Come into partnership with aging. Work with your body, not against it. I believe in manageable bite-sized amounts of movement consistently can help you produce long-term effects. As we age we can gain better results from shorter, focused practise.
